Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager – Global Candidates to join our growing team in Cambridge, Ontario. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for global candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with international recruitment partners, talent agencies, and academic institutions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging talent pools and global hiring trends relevant to ATS Automation's needs.
- Design and execute innovative outreach programs to attract a diverse pool of global candidates for various technical and leadership roles.
- Collaborate closely with internal hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent requirements and anticipate future needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end global candidate journey, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with international recruitment partners, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
- Stay abreast of international immigration policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements to ensure ethical and legal hiring practices.
- Represent ATS Automation at international career fairs, industry events, and virtual recruitment forums.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize global talent acquisition strategies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic business development, talent acquisition, or international recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience in sourcing and engaging candidates from diverse global markets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
