Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to generate qualified leads and secure initial meetings.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and objectives.
  • Present Nice's solutions persuasively, articulating their value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate and close deals, achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and propose solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS, or contact center solutions.
