As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads, and strategically positioning SoftServe’s comprehensive portfolio of digital transformation, software engineering, cloud solutions, data analytics, and expert consulting services to prospective clients across a diverse range of industries. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research to identify opportunities, developing compelling value propositions tailored to client needs, and collaborating closely with our expert technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless engagement from initial contact through to successful deal closure and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and target accounts within the IT services market.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to engage potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose tailored SoftServe solutions.
- Present SoftServe's capabilities and value proposition effectively to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, cloud, and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with the Polish IT market and regional business landscape.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken).
