Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and detailed functional specifications and system requirements for development teams.
- Participate in the design and development of innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements, solutions, and project status to stakeholders.
- Support the quality assurance team in developing test cases and validating solutions against business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to end-users.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business analysis and IT.
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks and challenges.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Experience with data analysis and basic SQL querying capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain required work authorization/visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with specific industry domains (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Experience working with global teams or in a client-facing consulting role.
- Exposure to data modeling, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or CRM/ERP systems.
