Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Support senior analysts in conducting market research, data analysis, and process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Participate in the testing and validation of new systems or process changes to ensure they meet business needs.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of business processes, system functionalities, and project-related information.
- Assist in the development of business cases and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and telecommunications.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
- Basic understanding of business operations and data analysis principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or related field.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
- Exposure to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA) is a plus.
