Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders across various business units to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Perform in-depth analysis of complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, potential bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, recommending innovative solutions for optimization and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for technical and development teams.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to support strategic decision-making, utilizing a range of tools and techniques to interpret trends, identify patterns, and forecast potential outcomes.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Product Managers and R&D teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring that all proposed solutions align perfectly with overall business objectives and user needs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed process flows, system diagrams, data dictionaries, and user training materials.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of project scope, timelines, deliverables, and progress.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct post-implementation validation to rigorously ensure that developed solutions meet intended business outcomes and quality standards.
- Stay continuously informed about industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes in business analysis, cybersecurity, and software development.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology or software development environment.
- Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both highly technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in various requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys, brainstorming sessions).
- Solid understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong foundational understanding of data modeling, database concepts, and SQL.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, functional specifications).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field or possession of professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, PMP).
- Direct experience with cybersecurity products, services, or the cybersecurity industry.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level software systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, financial systems).
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural, and matrixed organizational environment.
- Knowledge of Hebrew is a plus.
