Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR department, including precise data entry, meticulous filing, and drafting essential correspondence.
- Assist proactively with various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating timely candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Support the new employee onboarding experience by preparing all necessary documentation, facilitating engaging orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition for all new hires.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS, rigorously ensuring data integrity and strict compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, adeptly escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR specialist when necessary.
- Assist actively in the administration and successful execution of various HR programs and strategic initiatives, such as performance management cycles, training and development programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Generate insightful HR reports and professional presentations upon request, contributing to data analysis that informs strategic HR and business decision-making.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with all pertinent federal, state (Georgia), and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Handle all sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and integrity at all times.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a Human Resources department.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, coupled with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear, concise, and professional interactions.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, for daily operational tasks.
- A high level of discretion and an unwavering ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
- Acute attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and record-keeping.

Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Prior hands-on experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- A solid understanding and familiarity with US employment laws and contemporary HR best practices.
- Previous experience working within a global company or specifically within the telecommunications industry.
