Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive and team calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and arranging catering.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense report preparation for team members.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, managing inventory and liaising with vendors.
  • Facilitate seamless communication flow within the office and with external partners.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
