As a Broadcaster – Radio/TV, you will be the voice and face of various internal and external productions, promoting our cinematic offerings, special events, and broader entertainment initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of pre-production planning, live on-air work, and post-production feedback, ensuring our content is always fresh, relevant, and top-tier. You will work closely with producers, marketing teams, and technical staff to bring creative concepts to life. Key Responsibilities
- Host and deliver engaging live and pre-recorded broadcasts for radio and television segments, including promotional spots, interviews, and informational content.
- Research, write, and edit scripts, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Silverbird's brand voice and content strategy.
- Conduct compelling interviews with guests, artists, and industry figures, eliciting insightful and entertaining responses.
- Operate broadcast equipment, including microphones, mixing consoles, and recording software, ensuring high-quality audio and video output.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and technical teams to develop creative concepts and execute broadcasting projects from inception to completion.
- Engage with the audience through various platforms, including social media, call-ins, and public appearances, fostering a strong community connection.
- Provide voice-overs for advertisements, trailers, and other multimedia content as required.
- Stay abreast of current events, entertainment news, and industry trends to inform content creation and on-air discussions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new program ideas and content development.
- Maintain a professional and engaging on-air persona, representing Silverbird Cinemas with integrity and enthusiasm.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience as a radio host, TV presenter, voice-over artist, or similar public-facing media role.
- Familiarity with digital audio workstations (DAWs) like Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- A strong personal brand or social media presence relevant to entertainment or lifestyle.
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in local Nigerian languages.
