Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manual and semi-automatic brick moulding machinery and equipment.
- Prepare raw materials, including mixing clay, sand, cement, and water according to specified formulas.
- Load raw materials into moulders and ensure proper mixture consistency for optimal brick quality.
- Mould bricks accurately and consistently to meet required dimensions and quality standards.
- Monitor the drying and curing process of bricks to prevent defects and ensure structural integrity.
- Stack and organize finished bricks for storage or transportation, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage.
- Perform routine quality checks on produced bricks, identifying and rectifying any imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Proven physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous manual labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic understanding of measurements and material mixing ratios.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in brick moulding, construction materials manufacturing, or a similar manual production role.

- Possession of a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent.
