Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic, outgoing, and results-driven individual with a passion for connecting with people? Orange RDC is seeking dynamic Brand Ambassadors to join our team in Tshikapa for an exciting new marketing campaign. This pivotal role involves being the face and voice of Orange RDC, actively engaging with local communities, promoting our innovative products and services, and fostering strong brand loyalty. You will be instrumental in executing on-the-ground marketing initiatives, participating in promotional events, and demonstrating the value of Orange RDC’s offerings directly to potential and existing customers.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will not just promote; you will educate, inform, and inspire. You will be responsible for creating memorable and positive brand experiences, converting interest into tangible results, and collecting valuable feedback from the market to help us continually refine our strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Actively represent Orange RDC at various events, local markets, and community gatherings in Tshikapa.
- Engage with potential customers to introduce and explain Orange RDC's products, services, and promotions.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries accurately and enthusiastically.
- Collect customer feedback and insights, providing valuable information to the marketing and sales teams.
- Contribute to achieving campaign targets for subscriber acquisition and product adoption.
- Ensure consistent and positive brand messaging across all interactions.
- Distribute marketing materials and manage promotional items effectively.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new offerings and campaign strategies.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, embodying the values of Orange RDC.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences with confidence and charisma.
- Strong understanding of the local market and community dynamics in Tshikapa.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in French and at least one local language (e.g., Tshiluba).
