As a Boutique Sales Rep, you will be the face of Twice as Nice, embodying our brand values and providing an outstanding shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, understanding their fashion needs, offering expert styling advice, and effectively presenting our diverse range of clothing and accessories. You will be instrumental in driving sales, achieving individual and team targets, and fostering lasting relationships with our clientele.
Beyond direct sales, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal of our boutique. This includes merchandising new arrivals, ensuring displays are pristine and engaging, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. You’ll also assist with inventory management, process transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system, and handle product returns or exchanges with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and personalized customer service to all boutique visitors.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer tailored styling advice and product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, current, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Keep the boutique floor, fitting rooms, and storage areas clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Stay informed about new product arrivals, promotions, and current fashion trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support promotional events and seasonal campaigns to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive working environment.
