Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform daily data entry of financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Assist in maintaining precise and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries.
  • Support the preparation of various financial reports and statements as required by senior staff.
  • Reconcile different accounts, ensuring any discrepancies are identified, investigated, and resolved promptly.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes under supervision.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior accountants and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, established accounting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Actively participate in continuous learning and professional development initiatives in accounting and financial management.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and data interpretation.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt to new systems, and quickly grasp complex processes.
