Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and documentation.
  • Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
  • Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly identified, packaged, and labeled.
  • Operate various material handling equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification preferred).
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, contributing to a safe and clean working environment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper securing of goods for transport.
  • Report any damages, defects, or inventory inaccuracies immediately to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and using warehouse management systems.

  • Forklift operator certification and experience.
