Key Responsibilities
- Operate various production machines and equipment safely and efficiently after comprehensive training.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions, making minor adjustments as instructed.
- Perform routine machine cleanings and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Inspect finished products for quality control, identifying and reporting any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with material handling, including loading raw materials and unloading finished parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Accurately document production data, including quantities, times, and quality checks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
