Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments (e.g., operations, finance, engineering) to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analysis activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes where applicable.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
