Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Accurately identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to Bombardier business jets, services, and parts.
  • Provide information regarding aircraft status, maintenance schedules, parts availability, and general operational support.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, including technical support, logistics, and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) teams, to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction and provide regular updates.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate senior specialists or technical teams.
  • Proactively educate customers on available Bombardier services, products, and support resources.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues.

Required Skills
