Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aircraft systems.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately and completely in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, quality assurance, and operations personnel.
- Identify and report potential maintenance issues, offering solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of aviation maintenance practices, principles, and regulations (e.g., FAA).
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid A&P License or equivalent certification.
