Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft systems and components.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Document all work performed accurately and completely, including discrepancies, corrective actions, and parts used.
  • Conduct functional tests and operational checks of aircraft systems to ensure proper performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform tasks.

Required Skills

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals
  • Proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Boeing aircraft models (commercial or defense)
  • Associate’s degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field
