Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operate block-making machinery efficiently and safely, following all operational guidelines.
- Mix raw materials (cement, sand, aggregates, water) to precise ratios, ensuring consistent quality of concrete.
- Load raw materials into mixers and machines, ensuring a steady supply for continuous production.
- Monitor the block production process, identify and report any malfunctions or issues with equipment.
- Inspect finished blocks for quality defects, ensuring they meet specified standards and dimensions.
- Stack and arrange finished blocks carefully for curing and storage, minimizing breakage.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products onto/from trucks.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and the production area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (e.g., bags of cement, finished blocks).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (6+ months) in a block industry, construction, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with operating basic industrial machinery.
