Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class bilingual customer support (English and Hebrew, with other languages a plus) through chat, email, and phone channels.
  • Assist users with a wide range of inquiries, including technical issues, account management, billing questions, and general guidance on using Wix products and features.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing clear, concise, and step-by-step solutions to users.
  • Educate users on the capabilities of the Wix platform, empowering them to maximize their online presence.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with Wix product updates and new features to provide the most current and relevant information.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and sharing best practices.

Required Skills
