Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service in both English and French, addressing inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and banking products.
- Resolve client concerns and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Proactively identify client needs and educate them on suitable CIBC products and services, such as digital banking solutions, credit cards, or investment options.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality client experience.
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and changes in banking regulations.
- Adhere to all security and confidentiality protocols to protect client information.
Required Skills
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal communication).
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
