Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the local team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents and information.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing workstations and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including room setup, catering, and technology needs.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
