Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical and administrative support to internal staff, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and operational processes.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with end-users.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including system access, equipment setup, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or administrative support role.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
