Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical and administrative support to internal staff, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and operational processes.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with end-users.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including system access, equipment setup, and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and update documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential issues.
- Support the deployment and integration of new technologies and software solutions.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or administrative support role.
