In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress, performance, and budget utilization, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Ensure adherence to Bell Canada's project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the telecommunications or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with large-scale network deployment or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of Bell Canada's operational systems and processes.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI).
