Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with customers expressing intent to cancel or downgrade services, identifying underlying reasons for their decision.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, empathize with their situations, and effectively de-escalate potential disputes.
  • Educate customers on the full range of Bell Canada products, services, and features, highlighting benefits relevant to their individual needs.
  • Negotiate and present customized solutions, special offers, and service enhancements to retain customer accounts.
  • Process service changes, upgrades, and cancellations accurately and efficiently within company systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly retention targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system with meticulous detail.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive offerings, industry trends, and Bell Canada's product portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that builds loyalty and fosters long-term relationships, ensuring a positive brand image.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in customer retention, sales, or a customer service role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
