Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate high-priority meetings, including virtual conferences.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread highly confidential correspondence, comprehensive reports, compelling presentations, and other essential documents.
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring absolute confidentiality, data integrity, and easy, efficient retrieval.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external inquiries, meticulously directing them to the appropriate personnel or resources.
  • Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations, and prepare detailed, accurate itineraries.

  • Process expense reports, manage petty cash, and handle invoicing in strict accordance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated administrative support experience in a fast-paced, professional office environment.
