Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of beauty treatments including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other specialized spa therapies.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide personalized aftercare advice.
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards in treatment rooms and throughout the lounge, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
- Promote and sell beauty products and services, educating clients on their benefits and usage for continued care.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and accurately, contributing to smooth daily operations.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous professional development and training.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist in a spa or salon setting.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of beauty treatments (facials, massage, waxing, nails).
