Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations in cosmetics and skincare.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets for beauty products and services.
- Demonstrate products effectively, offering makeovers and skincare routines.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, clean, and fully stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, beauty trends, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in store promotional events and campaigns.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage loyalty program sign-ups.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and organising deliveries.
- Ensure the beauty counter and store environment are always clean, tidy, and presentable.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within beauty retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets.
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetics, skincare products, and current beauty trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
