Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to assigned presenters.
- Manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Conduct thorough research and prepare briefing documents, scripts, and production notes.
- Coordinate with production teams, editors, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with content preparation, including proofreading and fact-checking.
- Ensure presenters have all necessary wardrobe, makeup, and technical requirements met.
- Maintain organized records and digital files.
