Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training on various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktail recipes, brewing processes, and serving techniques.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, following company standards and recipes.
- Interact warmly and professionally with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including regular cleaning of equipment, glassware, and surfaces.
- Manage inventory for spirits, mixers, and garnishes, reporting stock levels and needs to management.
- Process cash and card payments accurately, handling transactions with integrity.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, as well as licensing laws and regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with other front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend all training sessions and team meetings as required, actively participating in learning and development initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and upholding company values.
