Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to McCafé standards and customer preferences.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting McCafé station, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision using our POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, notifying management of shortages.
- Assist in other restaurant duties as needed, including stocking, cleaning, and customer service.
- Ensure all McCafé products meet the highest quality standards before serving.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
