Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating areas, and equipment.
  • Monitor coffee bean and supply levels, reporting needs to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
  • Assist with other coffee shop duties as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and coffee types.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
