Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding customer accounts, products, and services, including balances, transaction history, and feature explanations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and courteously, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell suitable banking products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Educate customers on self-service options and digital banking tools.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and navigating multiple software applications.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
