Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of barbering services including haircuts, styling, hot towel shaves, and beard trims.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at your workstation and throughout the shop.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through excellent service.
- Provide expert advice on hair and beard care products, actively promoting and selling retail items.
- Manage appointment bookings and walk-ins efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest barbering trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate positively with team members to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a qualified Barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles.
- Exceptional scissor, clipper, and cut-throat razor skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong understanding of hair types, textures, and scalp conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
