As a Banking Service Representative, you are the welcoming face of RBC, playing a crucial role in providing outstanding service and advice to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify and proactively recommend RBC products and services that align with clients' financial goals and needs.
  • Refer clients to specialized advisors (e.g., mortgage specialists, financial planners) when appropriate.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
  • Adhere to all operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including cash handling and security protocols.
