Key Responsibilities
- Process a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify and proactively recommend RBC products and services that align with clients' financial goals and needs.
- Refer clients to specialized advisors (e.g., mortgage specialists, financial planners) when appropriate.
- Educate clients on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
