Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily finance operations, including transaction processing, cash management, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of individual and corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and presentations for management, highlighting performance, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., credit, risk, IT) to optimize operational workflows and enhance service delivery.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance excellence, and teamwork within the branch.
