Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, statement requests, and basic banking questions.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate banking products or services, referring to specialist colleagues when necessary.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with all bank procedures and security protocols.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with every interaction.
- Handle routine administrative tasks and contribute to the overall smooth operation of the branch.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
