Key Responsibilities
- Process a wide range of financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and bill payments.
- Balance cash drawer daily and ensure all transactions are reconciled according to established procedures.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to members, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions or referrals to specialists.
- Address member inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to Desjardins' policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote and explain Desjardins' products and services to members in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle confidential member information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
