Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing, and bill payments.
- Assist customers with account enquiries, explaining bank products and services in a clear and understandable manner.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate banking solutions, referring them to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly concerning cash handling and security.
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate banking systems and equipment proficiently.
