Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Bank of America customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions related to banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, transaction processing, online banking support, and problem resolution.
- Educate customers on various banking products, services, and digital tools to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Stay informed about Bank of America's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and active listening.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
