Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of audio equipment for live broadcasts, studio recordings, and remote events.
- Support producers and on-air talent in recording, editing, and mixing audio for commercials, promos, podcasts, and station imaging.
- Perform basic sound design tasks, including sourcing sound effects and music cues to enhance audio productions.
- Contribute to the maintenance and organization of audio libraries and equipment inventory.
- Learn and apply best practices for audio signal flow, microphone techniques, and digital audio workstation (DAW) operation.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for new audio content and programming ideas.
- Help troubleshoot minor technical issues related to audio hardware and software.
- Adhere to broadcast standards and legal requirements for audio content.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for audio production, broadcasting, and music.
- Basic understanding of audio recording and editing principles.
- Familiarity with at least one digital audio workstation (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
