Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences across multiple time zones.
- Prepare, edit, and organise essential documents, impactful presentations, and comprehensive reports, ensuring utmost accuracy and strict adherence to company branding and standards.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and instant messages, with the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and promptness.
- Assist with precise data entry, meticulous record-keeping, and efficient database management, ensuring data integrity, security, and immediate accessibility.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements and logistical planning, including booking flights, securing accommodation, and preparing detailed itineraries for team members as required.
- Provide proactive technical support for virtual meetings and online collaboration tools, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted operations for all participants.
- Conduct thorough research and compile pertinent information on various topics to effectively support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents with accuracy, maintaining transparent and auditable records.

Required Skills
