Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain AT&T telecommunications equipment and services (e.g., broadband, voice, data) at customer premises according to company standards.
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests and expertly troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers thoroughly on service usage, equipment operation, and provide basic troubleshooting techniques in a clear and understandable manner.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards during all installation procedures and service calls.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and reporting accurately and in a timely manner using company-provided systems.
- Manage and organize company-provided tools, vehicles, and inventory efficiently, ensuring their proper maintenance and security.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor at all times during interactions.
Required Skills
- Proven technical aptitude and practical experience with telecommunications equipment or similar technical installations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-management.
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work comfortably in confined spaces or various weather conditions.
