Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and potentially outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep accurate records of all conversations in our call center database system.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
