Based in our Deltona facility, you will play a crucial role in supporting our scientific and manufacturing operations, contributing directly to the development and production of life-changing medicines. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including sample preparation, media formulation, and equipment sterilization.
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of various laboratory and production instruments under supervision.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and reagents, and assist with ordering and stocking as needed.
- Participate in equipment calibration and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Support quality control processes by performing basic tests and inspections.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments to achieve operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to follow complex instructions and protocols precisely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning.
