Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Cook to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality meals for our guests and staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and cooking.
- Preparing ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Helping with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an assistant cook or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary principles.
- Excellent knife skills and ability to handle various cooking equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to food hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
