Key Responsibilities
- Execute the assembly of window and door components (e.g., frames, sashes, glass units, hardware) according to specifications and work orders.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled units and individual components to ensure adherence to Starline's stringent quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and production instructions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to the appropriate personnel immediately.
- Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of components as required.
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions and production diagrams.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment (e.g., 6+ months).
