Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensuring all cabin equipment is operational and secured.
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive safety demonstrations to passengers prior to take-off.
- Provide exemplary customer service, attending to passenger needs and requests throughout the flight.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities with efficiency and a positive attitude.
- Handle passenger queries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Effectively manage and resolve in-flight disturbances or emergencies in accordance with company and regulatory procedures.
- Administer first aid to passengers requiring medical attention.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin environment during and after flights.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation safety and security regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the pilot, co-pilot, and other cabin crew members to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Complete all required administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting post-flight.

- Proficiency in additional Nigerian or international languages (e.g., French, Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba)
- A degree or diploma from a recognized institution
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Knowledge of aviation safety regulations and procedures
