Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business customers, building strong, lasting relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to identify business challenges and propose comprehensive Apple-based solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
- Provide expert demonstrations of Apple products and services, showcasing their features and benefits tailored to specific business applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, sales, product specialists) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing success.
- Stay current with the latest Apple products, services, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to customer engagements.
- Develop and deliver customized training sessions for business clients on how to effectively utilize Apple technology.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators related to business customer satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Manage customer accounts, track progress, and provide proactive follow-ups to ensure continued satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Participate in local business networking events and initiatives to represent Apple and expand our business customer base.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales or client-facing solutions consulting, preferably within the technology sector.
- Deep expertise and passion for Apple products, services, and ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iPadOS, Apple Business Manager, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and close sales.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or enterprise clients.
- Prior experience in retail technology sales or business development.
